I worked out using the Wii Fit Plus this morning for an hour.  I ran a little over 4 miles in a 1/2 hour, did yoga, strength training, Kung Fu something...idk the name...and hula hoop.  I will tell you that my butt is already sore...that's a good thing bc I know I worked today!!  I am using the site myfitnesspal.com to keep track of my caloric intake as well as my exercise.  I have downloaded the application to my iphone so I can use it while I am out too.  This makes keeping a food journal a lot easier for me bc I don't have to get on the computer to keep track.  My starting weight is 167.  I would like to drop 20 pounds.  I am 5ft 10 in so that puts me back somewhere between a 6 & 8.   We'll see where my weight is in a week!

The wii fit is awesome....love the hula hoop!  I got the In Shape w/ Jenny McCarthy for the wii, haven't broke open the box yet but looks like alot of fun.  Today I worked out with Bob Harper with the Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVD....I'll feel it tomorrow!!!
