Starting tomorrow jan 4 2010 I will attempt to work out every day no matter what. Hopefully I can stick to this because if I ever want to have another child I need to get healthy. My hubby is scared to death because of the last 2 pregnancies that i might die or we would lose another child so I have made a promise to myself that before we are to think of haveing another child and before I ask the doc if I even should I will get in the best healthy place I can be. Now I know I will never be no model but I would like to be able to run after my kid/s for a very long time. I will weigh myself and I will do this every week I'm sticking this on here to make myself keep at to have something pushing me. Do other people see this??? They must. Okay Here's my details

ultimate goal as close to 200 that looks good on me as long as I'm healthy
I do not believe people need to be thin to be healthy my goal date is feb26, 2011 my son will be 2 then and hubby said maybe when he's 2 we can think about it that gives me a year and some change to get it together.

didn't do anything jan 15th or 16th. a few minutes on sunday jan 17th.

Ok so i will comment everyday so that way i have another reason to work out every day now there may be a weekend or hubbysday off usually wed. that I don't work out but that still leaves 4 days a week to work out. with me commenting this way it will make me have another reason to push my self. today jan4, 2010 I did 20 min program on the elliptical without messing the resistance this is the first time I was able to go the full length of time yeah me!!!!!!
