I am still battling a terrible sinus infection :P but I have to get off my rear and move today. I am scheduling out every bit of my day and even had time to take my shower BEFORE I took Alicia (little girl that I watch) to school this morning! I came home and cooked some breakfast (eggs and cheerios it is!). Normally, the kids get a bowl of cheerios (their blood pressure should be awesome with as many cheerios as they eat!). I am proud of myself because I ATE BREAKFAST!!! Woo Hoo! I normally don't eat anything until dinner which has totally bombed my metabolism, which means I am a fat mommy and wife. It's time to change me for the better!!!! I am allowing myself 1 soda today but that's it. I have to wean myself off slowly...but my goal is to drink at least 64 oz of water today!! I will be praying today that God will get me through this!!!!
Ok, I know this is super boring but I'll update tonight with how I did! I am taking baby steps because I have tried this before with a lot of fails. If I overwhelm myself, and then get mad and quit...So Here Goes!!!
Goals:
Eat Breakfast- Success (egg sandwich w/ 1 egg, 2 slices white bread, 1 tsp lite mayo, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese)
Drink only 1 soda today- already cheated but I only had 2
Clean my apartment- Success
Drink 64 oz. of water-
Take my multivitamin- Success
Eat Lunch- Success (peanut butter & jelly sandwich made with 2 slices of white bread, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp grape jelly)
Eat Dinner-
