I think it might be better if I set some goals each day for myself!  So I am posting them here and I will update this post later on tonight with what I have accomplished and make a new one for my diet/exercise journal)!

Goals for today:

1.  Drink at least 12 (8 ounce) glasses of water.  I drank 9 (8 ounce) glasses of water!

2.  Take ALL my medication as prescribed.  I still need to work on this one!

3.  Eat 3 meals and 3 healthy snacks (per doctors orders).  I ate 3 meals and 2 snacks today!

4.  Exercise (cardio and aerobic) for at least 90 minutes.  I did a 38 minute workout...mixed!

5.  Get at least 4 swaps done!  (LOL I hope I can do this one!)  I got a lot more than 4 done and a bunch in the mail (all of Octobers and then some for January!)!

This is a start for today.  I hope that I can get them all done!
