What is a every day life for a family, mothers, fathers and children??  What does it feel like to have everything on your mind and not know what to do?  I know there is many people in this world just don't know what to do to make life better or improve it.  How does anyone be happy when every day life is the same old thing.  Wake up in the morning, then go to work, then go home make dinner and care for the children.  Stress causes humans to have health problems.  Food gives humans health problems.  Everyone living day to day ends up wondering what am I going to be doing different tomorrow.  I know a popular statement is I will do it tomorrow.... Then tomorrow comes and you say I will do it tomorrow.  When you realize at the age 80 yr old, I guess it is too late.  What do we do???  I had family memembers tell me don't wait until the golden years because they sux.  You are either too old to travel or sick and dying of cancer or other diseases.  Spend time with your family and enjoy life when you can.  Who knows if you will be here tomorrow to take that vacation with your family??? 

It is a new year and I believe things will be different.  We will see.  I won't make any promises that I will not be able to for my family.
