I didn't do so good yesterday....so here's another shot at it:

1.  Drink at least 10 (8 ounce) glasses of water!  Working on 9, 10, 11 and 12 as I type this!  (11:21pm)

2.  Exercise for at least 60 minutes (both cardio and aerobic)!  Got in 60 minutes...barely but I did it!

3.  Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks!  Got this done...good way to get my fruits in LOL!  (whodathunk!!!)

4.  Get all the laundry done!  Took it all to the laundromat to get it washed....now working on drying it...darn dryer is too slow! 

5.  Work on planning a menu for the next week!  Didn't get to this today!  Maybe tomorrow!

Ok  one thing I have figured out about my list is that those are the things we Want to get done not nessacarialy what we get done,  so do what you can and have to like eat and take your meds the other stuff will get done.  And Please remember your not a failure if you dont get everything completed.
