My "big girl baby"

My daughter just turned 4 and is now my big girl baby she says. She usually takes a bath and decided that now she is big enough to take a shower so I started it for her and then sat in the bathrom while she did it. She didn't even need my help to wash her hair. I watched her do it and she did great and got out all the soap! She got out dried off picked her own clothes and brushed her own hair. I almost cried and she told me "It's ok I'm still your baby, just your big girl baby!" Now she is sitting here watching Dora with her little sister and is getting frustrated that Dora asked which patch of ice was biggest. She said "Come on Dora, its the one all the way on the left!" Its kinda bitter sweet. I guess thars what happens!

Oh my gosh!!! She getting so big. I got the sniffles. I know you called and told me about it but still gives me the sniffles when I hear it. I'm so proud of her!!!

awww this was so sweet i almost cried, i have a 4 yr old lil boy and i also have a 2 yr old lil girl that are growing faster than my other 2 did it seems like..... i miss them when they were so small...
