Professors On Pot

Today was the first day of the semester for me. I have a problem with my English professor already. I am considering dropping her class.  She very proudly infromed the class that she enjoys smoking joints and watching movies. WTF!? Does she realize how stupid she sounds? Maybe she thinks people will think she's a cool teacher if she talks about doing drugs. I think she's an idiot and that she should not be teaching a college level, or any, other course.

So what do you think? Should college professors be required to pass a drug test?

report her actions/comments to the dean! this cant be acceptable!

I would report her to who it may concerns.  It's not you who should drop the class but her who should leave really.

I know freedom of choices and all that but professors should be a model for students not trying to be their friends by appearing "cool " or anything. I don't want professor to be friends with my kids I want them to teach them what they know in their field.

If a professor says it's cool to smoke then what will stop students to do the same ?! (I know at this age students should have better sense of judgement but still...)
