4 (about 2lbs) haddock fillets
Pasta Roni
2 small zucchini, halved lengthwise
1/4lbs butter
Grill fish on regular grill or George Foreman grill. If using George
Foreman grill, spray with PAM first or the fish will stick!! Season
fish with salt and pepper. Grill until the fish flakes. For the
zucchini: halve lengthwise, scoop out seeds, season to taste (salt and
pepper), add a dollop of butter and spread evenly among depression.
Grill or broil until it is done. Also prepare Pasta Roni according to
package directions.
