My job has been stressing me out lately.  Just constant BS and I'm beginning to burn myself out with it.  I no longer enjoy going to my job.  I take care of the elderly.  I am a certified Nursing Assistant.  I'm going back to school in September for Nursing (should be fun).  I've been having a lot of girly problems that my doctor suspects is due to stress, but not too sure with the endo theory because I don't have health insurance to go get surgery.  My DF is a Marine who works CRAZY hours doing recruiting... Because of him and living where I have lived in the past year, I have met 3 amazing girls...  Ashlynn, Sadie, and Tara.  They are all leaving with their hubbies to other bases.  However, I will be meeting up with Ashlynn (God willing) in about 2 years when I leave for California with DF.  Ever since my 1 friend left for WA, these girls have been there through thick and thin.  They'd come over from time to time for coffee, we'd meet up at the mall.  Gossip about our men, etc.  We clicked very easily together.

Next month is my 21st birthday, I was hoping to have them come out and have a few drinks with me.  But they won't be here.  Tara is leaving for NC, but she said she's gunna try and drive up.  I hope so... if I could compare our friendship (as corney as it sounds)  we're like the women of "Army Wives" and we often joked that we should have our own show called "Marine Girlies" because I think we tend to have more fun together.

Claudia Joy - Sadie

Pamela - Ashlynn

Denise - Tara

I hope I can make more friends like these girls when I leave for Cali.  No one will EVER replace them, but it's nice to know you can connect with military wives, and be part of going out and having a good time together, because when your hubby leaves for Deployment or field training, without your girls... the 4 walls look like death, and the clock seems to go so slow.
