Since I saw dietician on the 6th I have lost weight!!! According to the scale its 10lbs. But I am not sure, more than likely its only 5. But weight loss is weight loss. Its good to see that the 1-2 miles a day is paying off, and that I'm not going hungry for a reason.(Trying to eat only 3 sensibly portion meals and one snack a day), consequently I am frequently hungry. But its paying off!!!!
