We are having her early!!

   My Husband and I found out that we will be having our Isabella Sooner than our due date. The Drs told us that because I had a clasic c-section with our son we wont be able to carry full tearm. The longerst I can safely carry Isabella is 36-37 weeks. SO instead of having a May 22nd baby ill be having a very late April or at the latest May 1st baby. Ill be hounest im scared but at the same time im so happy. Scared because im having my baby 3 possible 4 weeks early. Happy because ill get to hold my beautiful baby girl that much sooner. I have faith that every thing is going to be just fine.

Those drs. are just trying to scare you!! I had a section too. Mine wasn't classic but since it was done so early there was a chance my cut could move higher up as the uterus expanded. My high risk OB let me go to 37wks 6days. The whole thing was that it is "dangerous" to go into labor for if it ruptures. I would push for that 37 mark. 37 wks is considered fullterm and she would be less likely to have a NICU stay. Hope the rest of your pregnancy goes great!!

Hi!  Sorry I am just now responding...did not see you had posted.  I don't think they are trying to scare you, I just think they are going to probably do everything they can to make sure you have a healthy baby and that you are okay.  I am sure they will check lung development before they deliver and chances are by 36-37 weeks baby will be fine to be born.  They will probably also give you the shot that helps develop baby's lungs, cannot remember the name of it right off the top of my head.  Looks like our babies will have around the same birthday...Abbie is April 28th, she will be 1 year old.  I am very excited for you.  I hope everything goes well and she is able to come home and not stay in NICU at all...I know you do not want to go back there.  You will be just fine.  Try not to worry and enjoy your pregnancy...you don't have much longer, so make the very best of it!
