I promise to get house organized in time for the arrival

In the last week, we have made great progress.

We went and picked up our crib mattress (even though our furniture may arrive after the baby) and we also ordered our comfy glider for the room. My husband had a great time testing out these chairs.

I have started "nesting" a bit more by cleaning out closets and moving things out of what will be the nursery. Not knowing the gender, it is somewhat challenging to decorate, but we have come up with a décor scheme and I am going to start looking up everything I need to do for that.

Also, scheduled a date for a baby shower that our moms are hosting ... so needed to finalize registering - hopefully I got down the essentials!

With 11 weeks to go, things are starting to come together (if only I could feel good!)...more to come!
