Day 3 went pretty good. I skipped breakfest cause I had a doc appointment had a blood work being done. I seen the nutrionist and we set up a eating plan that will give me a weight loss of 2-3 lbs a week. She said to start off slow with the cardio. So Im going to start with 30 min a day five days a week and then go up to a hour. I go back in four weeks so Im hoping for good results :)
