I won't be logging on again for several days,, but I'm wondering if anyone lives with a BF,, but is recieving CS and alimony from their former spouse??

I'm more specifically asking if the courts reduce your CS/Alimony because you are living with a BF?

thanks

In Alaska (where I am) they can't include his income until you are married. UNLESS, you are not working. If he is doing 100% of supporting you, then (here at least) his income can be counted.

Then again, my ex doesn't pay his CS, and I didn't ask for Spousal support.

I don't know about the alimony but know that they won't include his income on child support.  I am married and work.  I filed for a modification on child support.  The hundred forms i filled out didn't include my husband.  All the income was based on ex and I.
