Are you blue?

This month I am 'blue.'  Why?  Because I want to make sure every woman knows it's time to get that pap test scheduled.  Will you be blue with me?

January is Cervical Health Awareness Month.

We're jumping on the bra bandwagon, but this time - let's spread some awareness and get our friends to do something by scheduling their paps!

In your status on 
and in your Thought Bubble on
put 'blue' and the year of your last pap.
(ex: blue 2009)

Getting regular Pap smears can help detect pre-cancerous Achanges, which can be treated before they turn into cervical cancer.
Copy and paste this to every woman in your friend's list.
You could be saving the life of a friend. :)

My last pap was 4 months ago; I have another next week ( biopsy- I have no cervix) Thank you for helping raise awareness.

Done about 2 weeks ago. Waiting to see a specialist. I had an abnormal pap results and I'm scared

I just called and scheduled one for the end of march when I am due for one.  I never miss one...had one every year since I was 17 with the exception of when I was pregnant cause I had 2 with each pregnancy.  Blue 2009
