So I'm into day 4 of doing the plan the nutritionist gave me and its going great :) Ive started doing cardio workouts and a ab one. Cant wait to buy the treadmill. I'm looking forward to my next visit with the nutritionist in 3 weeks. Anyone know of any good workouts? I have Comcast with on demand and they have tons but its hard to know whats good and whats not. Thanks to the lady who told me about Spark People. It is a great site!

Yea excercise tv is on on demand thru comcast cable. I love it! Im doing a cardio one called carioke now. Even my sons try and do it with me lol. Thanks for all the info!
