I AM REALLY TICKED OFF RIGHT NOW AND I DO NOT NEED THIS!!! UPDATE IN RED

Ok my ex was supposed to drop my 9yr old DS off w/me at 6pm. He called me at 20 min to six and stated that he was NOT dropping him off tonight that he would drop him off tomorow. I said no cause I have plans to take him to the county fair and you don't have his meds for tomorow.  He stated oh well and hung up and wouldn't answer the phone when I  called him back. I called the sheriff's office they said they unless I could prove that my son is in the house they would NOT respond regardless of the fact that he is violating a court order. This was all from 6pm to about 9pm

   Well a little after nine I drove by the lights were on & there was a car in the drive so a deputy came out, some guy whom im guessing is his girlfriends daughter's dad came out & said my son isn't there. He let the deputy walk thru the house.  Deputy came out said my son isn't there. Oh hey not to mention that my ex isn't answering his phone so I can't even find out where my son is.

   Did I also mention that I'm like two weeks away from my due date of having my fiancee's baby? I SO DO NOT NEED THIS SHIT RIGHT NOW!!!!

Ok I finaly got my son back this afternoon at four pm when my ex brought him to the place where he goes to therapy. He offered no explanation.  I asked him where our son's jacket was he said he didn't have one. My son said that he had it on when he got picked up from school on friday. His dad said he would look for it. Here's the kicker it's like fifty something degrees outside and my son only had on shorts & a polo shirt! He said they had been at the fair all day.  What the hell? My ex had on long pants and a jacket. I know that him & his girlfriend have clothes over at their house for him.  Did I also mention that the clothes he had on were the same ones he left for school in on friday morning & had NOT been washed. My son has a condition called encompresis it affects his bowels & sometimes he has accidents.  His underwear were also the same ones he had on friday morning. There was a giant load of dried shit in his underwear when he took them off and he was telling me his ass was all sore. No fucking wonder. 

  As for where my son was he spent the night at one of his dad's friends houses. What the hell can I do? I don't want to send him back over there but if I don't I'm in contempt. The chances of getting an emergency hearing are next to nothing but, I'm gonna try anyways.

can you file a missing persons report? If your ex is supposed to bring your son home by a certain time and does not than not only is he in violation of the court order but I think that is considered kidnapping. I am praying for your sons safe return.
