Home Loan. Plz Pray this works out!

The other day I was searching the real estate ads and had an urge to try to get a home loan. So I go on Lending tree and fill out their thing. We got matched with one company. So she called today and got some info and said she'd call us back. I just got off the phone and we are pre-approved for a home loan! yay. I so want this to happen. We've tried before and for some reason or another it didn't happen. Last time the interest rate was way out there (10% ) and Dh decided it was way too much. This one is 4%. We could get the 8K tax credit if we close by February. That may be too soon but we'll see. I'm on cloud 9 right now. Plz plz pray this turns out right. I don't want us to overburden ourselves but we are tired of renting. Kota would love to have a fenced yard to run and play in without me worrying about the road. We need more room and a place to call our own. Its a 100% loan. She said we can go up to 100K. But we'll likely try to find something around 80K. I can't believe it. I want a house!

good luck :) we are also looking to get approved for a loan, and looking at the ; up to 8k tax credit...we also found a house we want ... i know how you feel.. i'm excited!!!...i hope we get approved for the one we want ...idk ..but i hope we get it..good luck I'll pray for you pls do the same for me

Congeats !! we as well are gonna try fo a home loan only we just need $25,000 since we will be buying from a friend so plz pray for us too! As I will pray that it works out an your find a really great home!!!
