 I'm so tired of everything right now.  I just got a new and great job and I'm so happy about it but 2 weeks after I started I got a huge kidney stone that had to be removed by surgery so I missed a week ( it was Thanksgiving week so it was a short week) and then I had to see a urologists because I had more stones and had to do a few cat scans.  Well the doctor found a lump on my lymph node and so I had to miss more work because I had to have an ultrasound on it and than a biopsy and today I'm home again because my youngest child started running a fever and it was my husbands first day of school ( he wanted to go at least the 1st day),  My family is giving me Hell for taking off today and I know they don't see his school as important but this is the last semester before he can move on to the university.  We decided early on that his school was as important as my job.  He only has 1.5 years left and he's making excellent grades and we don't want to jeopardize that.  I'm hoping my lymph node is nothing and we can get more stable around here.  I'm just frustrated.  Forgive me if I don't make sense.

Family first after you take good care of yourself.   Go by that rule and you wont' feel guilty.
