A Return to the Past...

I've been a member of Facebook for awhile now and have reconnected with past friends and their now grown kids who have kids! Am I that old???
Anyway, I just discovered some of my grown up kindergarten kids that I taught back in 1984 and after! It's awesome to see them now and read about their journeys to adulthood. Since I taught at a private school for highly intelligent kids, most of them have gone to fine colleges and are doing very well in their careers. A few of the boys that I recall as "behavior" problems, have just married and even are dads! Where did the time go to. I am so happy to have this new technology that allows us to find folks.

I was the "go to mom" in our apartment complex. I fed half the neighborhood. I love connecting with these kid as young adults. Most of my friends on facebook, are my children's childhood friends. I love seeing how much their children look like them as children. I was just checking your page and read this journal post and thought I would reconnect with you. I wish you would join one of the groups I belong to it's called Rabbit's House. I think you would enjoy it, stop by and let us know how you're doing and we would love to hear from you.
