What are you going to do?

When you've had your hours cut so deep that it doesn't make sense what can you do?  Maybe you know someone who is on the verge of being laid off.... again.

What do you do?

May I make a suugestion:  One solution I have found to be helpful (but not for everyone) is direct sales.  Even though I am part of a direct sales company, I'm not writing to promote my own business.  Hopefully you can find a company that you enjoy the products or service and get paid well.

Many families are enjoying an additional stream of income or able to supplement their current income using direct sales. 

Why:  Low start up investment, tax write off and you are paid based on the effort you put into it vs senority, race, gender.  The person starting off new has the same opportunity as someone who has been in direct sales for several years.

Where to you find these types of companies:  ask your friends who are enjoying direct sales and/or the direct sales association.  Many cm ladies are using direct sales as a way to bless others and bring extra $$ for their family, so you can ask here too.

Remember, it is true that ds is not for everyone, and you must do your due diligence and research on any company you encounter.
