Wanting to start a home business but don't know what to look for.  Here is what I suggest you do so you can make the best decision for you-make sure you get these questions answered for each company you are evaluating.

I am an independent distributor with Scent Sations.  I will give you the questions to ask and also answer those based on my business.

1.  What are my monthly quotas?  What am I required to produce in volume monthly?  We have no sales requirements.  The only requirement is you purchase the monthly autoship ( $39.95 plus tax and shipping) to receive the products at their lowest discounted price.  We do offer a free program also.

2.  How much do I earn in commission on my own retail sales?  What are the profit margins?  On the monthly autoship program you will earn between 40-60% on retail sales.  On the free program you earn 20-30% on retail sales.

3.  How much is my monthly autoship?  Does this change as I get promoted?  Your monthly autoship is $39.95 plus tax and shipping.  This does not increase as you are promoted.  You also receive the same commissions on retail sales from the beginning.

4.  Do I get paid on my downline from the very beginning?  As soon as you begin you are paid on all team members on your team.

5.  How many levels down does the company pay on a downline?  The company pays 8 levels deep.  Once you have 5 people on your team you are paid down 6 levels.  Once you reach the higher leadership levels you are paid on levels 7 and 8.  We also offer a car bonus, leadership pool and travel bonuses on the leadership levels.

6.  As I promote, am I required to produce higher volume? No

7.  What do I have to do in order to receive the deepest, wholesale pricing on my orders? The only requirement the company has is to stay active in the monthly autoship.

8.  What training and support is in place for me?  We have regional training events taking place all over the US.  We also have weekly training calls and user friendly team training websites.  We have a forums group on Yahoo to ask all team members questions.  As your leader and team member I am here to support you every day in starting your business off with a fast profit.
