Today as we strolled around the Milwaukee Zoo on a cold winter day I remembered how great it is to have family. My son turned one today and I can't believe last year at this time I was getting my epidural. Two hours later he was born. Sometimes I get so frustrated with things if they don't go as I think they should, or don't get a break during the day. I have to remember that holding hands, laughing, smiling, and giggling at the baby tigers play with each other are what life is worth living for. Too bad that when we turn into adults we don't notice the small things or even what is right in front of our face at the time. I am reminded that life is not about material things but of moments, memories and time enjoying each other.
