I saw this journal and thought it sounded great. Hope you don't mind that I "stole" your idea but I think it might just help me out.  I've been behind on trying to get motivated and I'm hoping that this helps me out.THANKS!

1. Start working on my craft projects or donate the materials to a good cause or sell them at the sewing smorgas board coming up. I really liked this one as I have an entire bedroom devoted to my materials! Sewing, painting, crocheting, plastic canvas and oh so much more.
2. Lose 11 pounds in the next 11 months. I hate that nothing fits right anymore. I figure that's only 1 pound per month which is doable. Yeah I'd like to lose 20 but I'll take what I can get.
3. Pay off the credit card & put it in the deep freeze!
4. Keep the garden in better shape this year. It's gotta grow enough for 3 family's this year!
5. Get rid of all the extra stuff I have laying around that I never use. There's simply way to much of it.

6. Be happy with my job. No more being frustrated with it. I have a job and should be thankful for it. If I'm bored with it then I need to find out what I can do to change it.

7. Finish my journel of "Grandma tell me when...."Its all about me growing up, my marriage, etc so that my grandchildren will be able to read about life when it was more innocent. I don't want them to lose out like I did when I didn't ask my grandparents enough questions when they were still alive.

8. Cook more out of the house. I have enough food in our house to feed a small army and yet it's as if there's nothing there. Entire cellar full of produce and a deep freeze full of meat & other food as well.

9. Deep fry only 1 per week. Yes I love fried food but I've got a serious addiction to it. Gotta love those french fries but it's not doing those 11 pounds any good.

10. No more shopping when I'm bored. I spend way to much money that way.

11.Get our budget under control. (See 10) I want a new vehicle and can't even think of buying something because we owe way to much.

12. Keep the laundry put away. It's never a problem washing and folding but I hate putting it away.

13. Keep a rein on my dh ideas. I've given in way to many times to his ideas of ways to make money and they've all been a bust leaving us deeper in debt.

14. Spend more time playing with the kids. They're only little once.

15. Make a point of traveling to see the grandkids more often. (see 14!)

great goals!  good job :)

What we learn at work to make it go further... for each one, list "action items" - little steps you will take along the way that will ensure your progress.  this way you don't have to wonder where to start or how you will get there when the year is ticking away.  I use a 100 day plan, sometimes, lol.
