My Nephew 2years Later *Graphic Pics*

OK, So he is doing really good now. He plays & does his normal kid things. He has recovered really well for what has happened. These pics are from when he was in the hospital. And The bottom is what mom sent me when she sent the pics.

This is what I got. He had over 100 lacerations on his body.  They found nails and teeth embedded in his shoulder blade.  His Right thigh muscle had been shredded.  He had to have skin from his back and leg taken for skin graphs to cover his thigh and shoulder.  He is missing the muscle in his right shoulder.  the dr. said, and I qoute, "they ate the muscle", "These dogs were trying to kill your son".  Where his legs are wrapped, there are stitches, where the yellow "bandage-looking" things are are where it has no skin.  I hope these help other people understand that even though you think they are a loving dog, they can be ruthless and deadly.

That is so sad.  I hope he recovers.  The whole family will be in our prayers. 

You are right... I cringe every time I hear someone say that they have a dog who is safe.  No dog is safe, they are animals.

I am so sorry. I am happy that he is alive! What a horrible thing for anyone, let alone a kid to have to go through :o(

A dog is an animal.

A dog has no human traits.

Owners of dogs should always be aware of that.
