Holy Batman Balls!!

 I finally heard from the financial aid counselor today. I am fully funded to go to school this spring! I get a $7700 Pell Grant and the rest is covered by 2 Stafford Loans for $10G. Its badass because I only have to pay back that $10G. One year of cosmetology school is expensive. I will be starting March 29th. Full time student. 8:30am to 5pm. I am going to be soooo tired.

 In the meantime, I have to reapply for cash assistance and find daycare for my kiddos. Plus kindergarten roundup for my daughter is coming up very soon. VERY VERY busy. Thank god that my oldest son is in school. Although I do not know what I am going to do through the summer for him. I am thinking that I might need to start school in the fall and just pick up a job until I start classes. BUT then it will take longer to graduate. I would rather get classes done and get my license asap. Lol!

 Once I get that $800 living expense money, I am going to get myself some new eyeglasses. I HATE the ones I have now. They dont fit my face and they keep slipping off. Plus the lenses are all scratched up. I wont get that money til 3 months after school starts. I can deal with it until then though.

 My parents are getting their taxes done and are claiming my kids since I had no income. Once they get that money back they are going to get my car fixed. I cant wait for that either. I am soooooo tired of using my parents truck to do things. I would love to be able to just pick up and go when I wanted to again. Seems like 2010 is getting better for me already!! I just hope that my caseworker doesnt screw me over.

Good for you! I'm planning on going to school in the fall for an associates of science degree =) It's such a BITCH doing all the paperwork, isn't it? So much to remember and fill out xD
