My trick is to take advantage of the 2 hours and 45 minutes that all 3 kids are in school. Normally i go to the gym, somedays i meet up with friends and we take a class together then grab lunch or coffee. Some days i run the treadmill then sit in the sauna or jacuzzi for a little bit to relax.
Two days a week I have DH home so I hit the gym in the morning while he watches our youngest and then he and i go to lunch or plan other thngs after dropping our daughter at school.
The only other me time i get is late at night when i can play on the computer :)
I try to do little things around the house for me like lighting candles keeping the TV off and music on while i am doing housework, sometimes that is all it takes to feel better.
