how WONDERFUL is it that you decide to tell your manager that you are coming back from leave early only to hear days later that you don't have a job any more?? well i can answer that, its no where near wonderful. my baby is only 6 weeks old and hubby and i are strapped for cash, so i call my boss and tell him that i am coming back early, he says great, well he talks to our higher boss, and they say, oh, well i want to hire a new employee that we have to train and teach how to do this job, so that the person who has worked here for almost 4 years has to wonder how they are going to make sure thier baby has what they need. oh such wonderful joys of company buy outs, cause if my hotel had not been sold the same week that i went on leave i wouldn't have to worry about any thing, but no, now i have to think of a way to buy diapers and formula AND pay rent and make sure the heat don't get shut off, my husband only works for krogers, how in the hell are we going to make it, i DO NOT want to have to move back into my parents house, just soo pissed right now i can tell that i am not making much sense, damn it

Just stopping by to say I am thinking of you and your family and hoping things are a lil better right now. While I was on my maternity leave I was told I was no longer teaching pre-k and had been moved to something else. I visited with my Superintendent and he said I had two more days before they would revoke my contract!!! YIKES!! Thinking of you and know that I am here to listen.

Yikes! Hope you're able to find another job soon. At least you should be able to get unemployment benefits in the mean time, right?
