Mexican Omlette Burrito

1/2 lb. fresh chorizo sausage

6 eggs

1/2 cup cream

1 tsp Mrs. Dash Original

pepper

4 flour tortilla, warmed

1 pk shredded sharp cheese

1/2 cup salsa

Remove sausage from casing, crumble and cook sausage in medium pan over medium heat for 8-10 mins. or until cooked. Remove and drain on paper towel. In a medium bowl beat eggs, milk, salsa, salt and pepper. Cook eggs in pan 5-8 mins. Stir them gently until scrambled. Add sausage back in the pan. Spoon the cooked mixture onto the warmed tortillas; top with the shredded cheese. Roll up and serve!
