Valentines was good this year

I'm not a huge fan of V-day. We never go over the top or anything. I usually make a nice dinner and we get each other a card. This year I guess we both felt giving. I got him a bottle of Cool Water some candy and a card. The girls got him a CD and a card.

I woke up and let him sleep in til 11am he never does so it was a treat for him. He got up and played with the baby. He had put my nice Shane Co. bag on the table to drive me nuts the day before. He gave me my gift and it was a beautiful ruby necklace I love it. It was the first piece of jewelry since my wedding band he has given me. Now if I can get the baby to leave it alone and not rip it off my neck LOL! He opened his gift and called it "liquid sex" He laughed and said "now you won't be able to keep your hands off me" (very true I love smell good).

Then around 1 we went to brunch to avoid the breakfast and dinner rush. We went to our favorite little spot. We both got breakfast food and it was really good. The service sucked but the food was great. Then we went grocery shopping and spent almost 200$ and our cupboards are so full. Then we went for a drive because the baby had finally fell a sleep in the truck. We went home and just chilled and watched TV. It was nice to spend the whole day with him. With him being home I took advantage and got a bunch of cleaning done. So my house is clean to my standards once again thank goodness. We had pot pies for dinner and ended the night...well you know.

Oh yeah the coffee table got kicked out finally...it hurt the baby for the last time. I never realized how much room that thing took up. Now we have a big empty spot, but less boo boos for the baby to get.

Glad you had a good day!!! We got rid of our coffee table when Emma was born and haven't put it back since! Iz gets hurt enough without it! Lol!
