I love this site!  First, it's free (you can donate and get more features, but the free part does plenty).  You add in the family members, assign a chore level percentage (100, 75, 50, 25, 0), and if there are any days that person doesn't get chores.  Then you add chores.  You can tell it how often a chore needs to be done,  who doesn't do that chore (like the kids don"t degrease the stove), and designate a difficulty level.  If your family does allowance per chore, it allows you to set a reward level for each one too.  Then the program assigns chores each day based how difficult the chore is and how much chores the person does.

So I am at 100%, Ned (6) and Wynnie (4) are each at 50%, and Ken (2) is at 25% (and honestly I'll be doing those with his "help" for habit formation).  Ken's chores consist of pick up toys, wipe down the table, and wipe down the sink smile mini.  The girls also have some vacuuming, dusting, straighten bookshelves, etc.  So everyone takes turns at what they can do, we all know ahead of time who does what, and no one (except mom) has to do the same thing every day.  Plus if anyone complains, I'm not the guilty party :)
