Sweet Cornbread

1 cup flour

1 cup yellow cornmeal

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp salt

3 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 egg

1 cup milk

1/3 vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. lightly grease a 8 oz cast iron pan.

In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 mins.
