Wanted to get anyone caught up on how life has been going here lately:

DH-retired from the Air Force as of Feb 1, after 20 years. So now he's home ALL day long, so far it hasn't been to bad, (hehe).

DD(Alex)-trying to get her to get her homework & school work done to get passing grades so that she can graduate in a few months, she's not being very proactive. She's 18 so that makes her a little tough to deal with plus she's just as bull headed as her father.

DD(Dani)-is doing very well in school, she has a large group project that's due 3-9 that she's trying to get more info on, got an answer to an email that I sent for more info on our state symbols that offered to send her an information packet, she was very excited. She's 16 and is very proactive when it comes to her school work.

DS(Brandon)-is getting along with a boy that used to bully him during school, I'm glad they worked things out. He's getting better at not getting upset about having close to 12 hours of math a week, one of his teachers has finally "seen the light" about what I've been telling her about how to deal with him & his autism. Yeah!!

DS(Robert)-Is just being his very cute & helpful self at school, although he has been having some problems with a couple other boys that I need to discuss with his teacher (if I ever get an extra minute).

Got our male dog fixed yesterday(2-23), am getting the female fixed tomorrow(2-25). So will have both dogs running around the house with the "cone of shame" (reference from the movie 'UP'). Duke weights 80 lbs & at last check Dutchess weights 53 so hopefully she hasn't gained much in the last 14 days. Moonshine(cat) is due for her annual shots & will check with the vet tomorrow about when I can bring her in for that.

Well that's everything. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

When life gets tougher then you think you can handle, pull up your bootstraps, tighten your belt, fix your cap & soldier through. Good Luck, Take Care, Goddess Blessings.
