ok well i ave decided i'm done with pleasing people that just walk ovr me and i'm done feeling like crap over my body so i have joined not only the vent group but and exercise group as well.
I am sitting at 160 right now and have replaced atleast one meal a day with fruits n veggies plus instead of snacking on chips or left overs i am replacing those with fresh fruit n veggies as well which isn't hard for me cuz i love fruits n veggies, and eating smaller portions at a time.
i cheat every now and the then but try to limit me cheats to only 2 days a week and i try to keep those to friday and saturday lol.
anyway so right now my goal in 20 pounds by end of june. i was told to keep my goal reasonable and atainable, so at this goal i want to lose 5 pounds a month and only about a pound a week. If I hit my goal weight before then, then i will set another goal based on my time it took me to loose this weight, you start to really push myself.
I am only 5 ft 2 so 160 is n ot a good weight at all. My total wieght lose goal is only 35 pounds. I have never been miss skinny 110 pounds. before I got prego my weight was at 130 and then i was just wanting to lose 5 pounds so i want to keep my original gaol of that.
