I'm very excited to start my new weight loss program tomorrow. I've tried so many weight loss programs and the most recent was Jenny Craig. I actually lost some weight on their program but I got really tired of eating food from a box.
So this new program called Eirofit has something that no one else has and it's based on real science. Two words: Resistant Starch. It doesn't go through your small intestine so it allows your body to burn fat instead of carbs.
You get meal replacement shakes, energy drinks and a metabolism booster supplement. On Days 1-6, you drink shakes for breakfast and lunch, a small snack of nuts and/or fruit in between meals and a 800-1200 calorie dinner. On Day 7, you get to eat 3 meals but they are supposed to be healthy.
I think I can do this!
Anyway, here's a video of a lady who lost 28 pounds on this program. She also qualified for a BMW. :-)
