Before I started this nutrition thing for my son to help with ADD, most times, 10 hr. Now that I have been getting up to make breakfast for about I have been getting 5-6 hours of sleep lately. I am still suprised I am not more cranky. I am not a morning person.

Oh you're such a great mom. i wish I could sleep in too myself but unfortunately, I can't. I have to do the same thing for my son as well. I try to get a nap in here and there whenever I can.
