What do you take ?

I know I have a sinus infection but I will not go to the doctor this time of year. I hate sitting there when someone comes in really sick.. What over the counter stuff do you take to help relieve the pain ?

I always make sure when I have to go to the dr I have the first appointment of the morning!  When I know I have a sinus infection I get the sudafed they have behind the pharmacy, you have to sign for it, but you don't need a prescription.

I don't know if I've ever suggested this to you Jeanine:    Gracie and I both take bee pollen every day and drink lots of water.  I also have peace plants in the house, plus mainly wooden floors.  I can't begin to tell you how much this has helped!!!!!

try using a neti pot.  i was getting a sinus infection and it cleared it right up.  good luck!
