If I'm understanding correctly, you had a loss in your first pregnancy? If so, the answer to your question depends on how far along you were in your first pregnancy. If it was a first trimester loss, you probably will not get bigger faster. If it was a later loss/stillbirth then you might -- It has to do with how stretched out your uterus and muscles got the first time.
