And tens of thousands of people are heartbroken, even though we didn't know her personally. Yes I said we, because I didn't know her either, although I've been following her story for weeks now.
Little Layla Grace, age 2, died this morning from stage 4 neuroblastoma. She is survived by her parent and two older sisters, ages 9 and 3. Not to mention her extended family, close friends, acquaintances, and the tens of thousands of followers on Twitter and Facebook.
The love of her parents shined acrross the miles via their internet posts and the journal they kept of their journey. The faith they have and the strength through such a difficult time, it breaks my heart and yet it gives me hope as well.
Tonight, my prayers are with a family in Texas that I don't know, asking God to give them peace during this horrible time. I rejoice knowing that the precious little girl is now completely healed and whole, held in the arms of Jesus.
Rest in Peace sweet girl, you will be missed.

I have to say I have not seen the news in quite a while and did not know of this. I want to thank you for posting this.
My prayers are also with her family and friends. My tears of sorrow and happiness are for her tonight.
Rest your little body in Jesus' arms and relax.
