The magic three books

My son is 7 years old. He is very inquisitive and tells me he wants to be a journalist someday. I am not quite sure he chose this because his 15 year old sister is also leaning in that direction, or because he idolizes Anderson Cooper and the Cnn crew. Yet his taste in literature has changed substantially in the past year.
Any Dr. Suess book last year would have been his partiality. This year however, it is The Children's Atlas,any goosebump book, and The Suntimes. Children change constantly and teach you so much along the way.
