Six days to Crazy time!

 AT six days out I have some thoughts riding a roller coaster in my head.

Will I ever finish this gift? It is nearly done but still I am panicky.

Crazy is fun but will she still like me when she figures out I am potentially the wackiest person she knows.

We have so, so many things in common-- she is like a shorter verizon of me.

I have started the "Crazy" package. Things I have stored up and never sent- some quilty books that I have read, a few odd gifts, the perfect fruitcake from Christmas, been tempted to eat it many times. I also have some things from the Road to California that I got for her. Woot woot.

 I still feel like the six days before I should be doing so much more. I know this is a one day trip. She drives 3.5 hours and so do I. The anticipation is amazing--is it Christmas or my Birthday? NO it is Crazy day. Just as good.

  Last week I worked like a nut-cake, so this week is slower and my boss gave me extra time off. Nice, with the extra time I have been a sewing fool. Which is nice and the weather is simply scrumptious. Nice warm spring days I have been outside walking the dogs noticing the green tops of my perennials coming up. Of course I do all this in my p.j.'s if my husband who is deep into tax-season knew this he would be horrified. I know better than to discuss that with him. I don't think he has ever spent a day in p.j.s. His loss.

  I am pretty sure I need to put some clothes on to go to the credit union as there is no drive through. Or better yet I could wear my hot pink fuzzy doggie pants in there. I think they may appreciate my attire.

Awwww Megan , why do you think Im driving 3.5 hrs.... I know your the wackiest person I have ever meet and I love you for it!!! I cant wait to spend the day with you!!!! My only consern is what music are we gonna listen to ... well we'll just have to leave the radio off . LOL We have different taste in music. But that's ok it would get in the way of our yack time... lol
