This group is full of loving, supportive women who will not judge you, but rather lift you up when you are at your lowest.
As someone who is dealing with depression/anxiety. And, the mom of a child who is bipolar with Asperger's Syndrome. I must say that this group has been the best thing that has come into my life. You not only find support here. But, find love, understanding, and never find anyone who judges you. I recommend this for anyone who is in need of that kind of support, encouragement, love, and simply said friendship in hard times. God bless you, and check it out. You never know unless you try.
I have never felt judged in this group.
The ladies are a great support.
Everyone, is help-ful, and NOT JUDGEMENTAL of me.
I don't have bipolar, but I do deal with depression. I have had it for a long time, and now I have been taking cymbalta, and the dose I am taking is 60 mg. I don't like dealing with this illness, but I don't have no choice. When I don't take my meds, I just want to be alone, and don't want to be bothered. When I want to talk to someone, the only person that I can actually talk to is my: mom, and I am glad that I have her. I don't have any friends that are women that are around my that I can talk to. I also need to talk to a counselor, about my problems.
