Its crazy that we are eating alot of things that we think is good for us and its not, For example: Whole wheat bread. Its not the right kind of grains that we need and it turns into a sugar after we eat it. Even food labels on products that are a lie.You gotta read that nutrition label very well. Even whole wheat pastas are just as the same as regular. My dietary manager and dietition were discusing this. There is alot of wrong information out there that people don't know.

i know its wrong because I have food allergies now. It makes a big difference when there is so much you cannot eat. I have lost about thirty pounds.
