Its a simple question, yet the answer is anything but simple. Your perspetive about who you are plays a significant role in determining what you can and can't achieve!
Do You know that you can mold and shift that perspective anytime you want to. Success can truly be yours and that you can create a view that works for you instead of against you to pursue your dreams.
In summing up who you are don't just use the tittle or role you play at work. What about who you are at the core, your heart? What words would describe who you are in your life outside of work? How do you feel about who you are? Can you truly see yourself changing to achieve what you really want?
Please share your experiences it helps you and helps others. Its truly a win-win situation.
God Bless,
