richardsgirl16's Journal

My thoughts in Paragraph form.

I have horrible anxiety and anger issues. In a previous journal Entry titled "Why I need therapy." I listed those issues.

Along with the anxiety there is also the anger problems. (also listed in the precious entry)

I constantly feel like I have absolutely no control over my own body. My mind gets angry when all I want is to be happy.

My heart feels sore when all i want to feel is love

My body aches from the pain of being angry and anxious all the time.

I am constantly shakey, anxious, angry and sweating.

I find it hard to breathe.

It really sucks. I want to be a good mother but I am blocked by my own body and mind..

Its a hard road btu I will travel down it and make it all the way to the end.

Silly...

I know this might sound silly, but have you ever tried meditation?

Something I learned to do was Close my eyes, deep breathing, and picture the colors of the rainbow, from red to purple.  One at a time, and just look at that color and think how it makes you feel.

I used to be very panic-stricken.  Always feeling like the world was ending, literally.  Very doomsday very gloomy and sad.  Angry.  Etc.  You really have to get ahold of yourself and your thoughts.

When negative thoughts come to mind.  Put an "X" over them.  Replace them with a positive one.  Notice when you're thinking negative.

It's hard but thinking is a habit.  It's also hormones, or chemicals in your body like seratonin and things.  Maybe even the alignment of your spine.  Dehydration, poor diet, not enough fresh air and sunshine.

Take better care of yourself, you deserve to.

I don't know you and have only read this post.  But I have come from the place you are in.  I'm getting better.  Every day is better.  I am not overwhelmed, and I am starting to feel in control of my life, my mind, my body.

PM me, if you want.

LOVE, SillyJessi.
