Snot Appealing

Imagine sitting down to a wonderful dinner with your closest friends. You are at a fine restaurant. You have every one of your favorite foods.
You take a bite of your delicious meal and then a little sip of wine. Your friends are telling a particularly funny story about their day. You are laughing and having a wonderful time.
Then the waiter brings something on the hot spicy side. You love the flavor and so do your friends.
Suddenly you look over and your friends are taking a big old dump in their chair.
Gross right? Well that is how I feel when people blow their nose at the table. Excuse yourself and blow in the restroom.
If you don't know then now you do. It is rude to blow your snot chunks while people are eating their meals. I understand if you use your napkin to get that hanging chad out of your nose for our benefit but the other is disgusting.
That is all. ;)

I absolutely hate it when people do that .. Its gross and rude! My mil is the worlds worse.. I finally told my husband .. tell her to stop it! And she did while we are at home but if we are out she still does it! People just dont seem to get it! Glad I am not the only one! Many blessings

I promise to never blow my nose at the table. Not that I was doing it before, mind you, but I get the impression you might come over here and strangle me if I DON'T promise. =0)
This cracks me up. My DH will come UNGLUED if someone blows their nose at a restaurant near us. It is his biggest peeve in the world, I think. It bothers me as well, but not like it does him. I remember him actually telling someone off at Olive Garden one time for honking like crazy at the table right next to us. GROSS!!!
I am a wiper, not a blower. I rarely blow my nose because it makes my head hurt, but I would NEVER blow my nose around people. I always go to the restroom if it is absolutely necessary.
People are gross. ugh.

Yeah, I hear ya. My MIL does this...*shudder* as if I need one MORE reason to despise her.
