Feed them at the same time and usually they go to the bathroom at the same time. For about 3 days I did stuff seperately then I realised I was non stop alternating between the two babies and not able to do anything else it seemed like. Then I started just making sure they got what they needed at the same time, they were so much easier to enjoy. Congrats by the way!
Relax it is not as hard as it sounds! I am a mom of twins and one of my twins had twin girls last year. The advice I told my DIL was when they are sleeping if you can rest but if you have things you need to do then do it. Prepare the bottles in advance. What she did was figure how many bottles the girls would need, fill them with water and when she needed them all she had to do was put in the formula. She did breast feed at first but it got to be to much. If you need anything or have any question feel free to PM me..
Congrats!!
Had my twins 11 years ago and let me tell you...it's wonderful!!!
My advise would be for you to sleep when they sleep and to get them on the same feeding schedule. Yes...you can feed them both at the same time. It's not easy but it can be done.
Also, start looking for a local Mother of Twins or Mothers/Parents of Multiples Club to join. I have been a member of the Greater St. Louis Mothers of Twins Club since I was five months pregnant with the girls and I have made many friends and received great advice and much needed support.
Welcome to the wonderful world of parenting multiples!

I agree with everyone saying to rest as much as possible! I also would suggest that look into joining a local Mother's of Twins Club in your area. Go to http://www.nomotc.org/ to see if there is one close to you. My group and the women in it have been such a HUGE help to me. I started attending when I was 17 weeks and I have not missed a meeting yet. I have made some great friends, one actually had her boys the same day I had mine.
Having twins/multiples can be very scary, however, it is SO rewarding!!! You get double the love everyday! My boys are 22 months & the biggest thing that I think saved my sanity is I have/had them on the same schedule, sleep, eat, etc.
wow. congrats :) I was so sure i was going to have twins this time lol. . i kept dreaming about it
