A little nervous, scared...ok terrified.(Possible TMI)

 So today I woke up with zero cramping which is the first time through this whole pregnancy. Well went to work and about halfway through the day I went to the bathroom and noticed some reddish brown tinge to my discharge. Of course now I'm freaking. With my history of miscarriages and PCOS I can't help but to think that I'm loosing this baby. I dont know how well I'd be able to handle another miscarriage. Trying to keep my head up right now. Calling th doctor tomorrow morning.

I could be anywhere between 5 wks and 12 wks. (PCOS makes it hard to predict) I have an ultrasound scheduled next wednesday and was going to find out exactly then. No more spotting since yesterday afternoon and I'm not even cramping so I'm thinking maybe I'm ok? Still going to call the doctor though.
