New Group!

 Hi ladies!  My name is Mandi and I've been a member of Cafemom for a little over 2 years now.  I've started a new group!  This is my first time doing this, so bare with me.  I'm pretty excited and just wanted to let you know a little bit about my group.  My group is called Tyndall AFB Wives/Moms & Panhandle Moms.  The link is www.cafemom.com/groups/tyndall.  My family and I arrived here at Tyndall in July of 2008 and we love it here!  Unfortunately I haven't made many friends.  I've met one girl and we've been hanging out quite a bit.  I looked around on Cafemom for a group here at Tyndall and there was one but it hadn't been active since 2008, I was very disappointed and wanted to make more friends!  I have decided to make a group for the ladies here on base and those that aren't military wives.  I don't want this group to be a bunch of stuck up military wives who think they're better than the next person.  I want to have fun and maybe get together and have playdates.  I am not a big fan of drama as I'm sure most of you aren't either.  I have made this group to be a drama free place to come and relax, get advice and help, and get to know other people here in the area.  I hope those of you who are here or around here will join my group and help me get it going as I am new to the whole "creating a group" thing.  I look forward to meeting some great moms!  Thanks!
